Public Offer Agreement
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. MetPromComplex Astana LLP (BIN: 230340013118), hereinafter referred to as the 'Seller', publishes this offer agreement for the sale of goods and/or the provision of services presented on the Seller's website.
1.2. This agreement is a public offer, and in case of acceptance of the conditions set out below (acceptance), any physical or legal person undertakes to comply with the terms of this agreement.
2. Moment of conclusion of the agreement
2.1. The text of this Agreement is a public offer (in accordance with the articles of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
2.2. Acceptance of this offer (agreement) is the placement of an order for a product by the Buyer in accordance with the terms of this offer.
3. Product characteristics and prices
3.1. Due to market dynamics, prices on the site may be for informational purposes only. The final cost and availability of goods are confirmed by the manager during order processing.
3.2. Color, dimensions and other characteristics of the product may differ slightly from those presented in the images in the catalog.
4. Payment and delivery
4.1. Payment for the goods is made in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan — tenge, by non-cash payment based on the invoice issued.
4.2. Delivery of the goods is carried out by the Seller or third-party transport companies by agreement of the parties. Pick-up from the warehouse is possible after confirmation of order readiness.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
5.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods of proper quality to the Buyer within the established terms.
5.2. The Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods in a timely manner in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
